October 2024, Pensacola is still a Seller’s market with $171.00 median sold price per square foot and 4.07 months supply of inventory. Also there was 1406 active listings. Median estimated property values in October was $291,680. There was an increase in home values in Gulf Breeze of 1.6% in October 2024 compared to October 2023. I still believe that prices will continue to rise. If you know someone who wants to sell but is waiting on something that is out of their control, tell them now is the time. Currently, mortgage rates have decreased more than 0.10%. Today is always the best day to buy and sell real estate.
