Hello everyone,

Pensacola is a city in the Florida Panhandle. It is the county seat and only city of Escambia County and one of two municipalities that are incorporated, the other being Century.
July Supply shows that the Pensacola market is still a sellers market with 4.71 months of inventory with Sold Volume in the last 30 days at $113,968.36. DOM tells us that the market has slowed down some with an Average DOM of 57 days. This longer market time may be the result of the interest rates going on a roller coaster ride which is no fun for Buyers or Sellers. I predict mortgage rates to continue to hold steady just above or just below the new normal rate of 6%.
