Hello everyone,

As always, I am happy to write to you in hopes that I will inspire you to think and possibly to move forward toward accomplishing your dreams. Downsize, upsize, what ever your wants are…..that is what matters to me! That being said, let’s take a closer look at what is happening in the real estate world. I bet you are like most people who are sure that the market bubble is going to burst and that is what you are waiting to see. My opinion is not to wait and see, but to do something about it. Waiting might mean eventually you can’t do anything about it because interest rates have reached 12-18% and now what? Don’t be afraid. Now is your time because no one can predict the future. We can only live for today and hope for the best tomorrow. Sellers, if you want to sell to downsize or even upsize, someone will buy your house so you can accomplish your dream, and at the same time, your house for sale is giving those buyers the opportunity to accomplish their dream. Let’s get this American train back on track.
